- Drink a lot of water – at least 8-10 glasses per day-
- Eat a huge breakfast, an average lunch and a tiny dinner.
- Eat as healthy as possible and try to avoid processed food.
- Eat at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables per day (for me,1 smoothie with 5 -6 different fruits and/or vegetables, milk or yogurt and ice is a full meal)
- Grab your iPod or phone, put your earphones and run 30 min. 3 times a week.
- Sing and dance to your favourite music whenever you are upset or down.
- Read as many books as you can.
- Do not compare yourself to others.
- Love yourself.
- Enjoy little things in life such as the sunbeam when you wake up in the morning.
- De-clutter your home; office; wardrobe and donate or sell any stuff you don’t need. Live in a tidy and clean space.
- Don’t put things off.
- Wear clothes that define your personality; that makes you feel comfortable and confident.
- Forgive anyone or anything, but do not forget the lesson they gave you.
- Remember, people have value and products have prices; always treat others as you want them to treat you.
- Start a new hobby.
- Go outside and be social.
- Laugh out loud with your heart.
- S M I L E first thing in the morning, last thing at night
- Live your everyday to the fullest as if it was your last day in planet earth!
