Tips for a healthier and happier life

  1.  Drink a lot of water – at least 8-10 glasses per day-
  2. Eat a huge breakfast, an average lunch and a tiny dinner.
  3. Eat as healthy as possible and try to avoid processed food.
  4. Eat at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables per day (for me,1 smoothie with 5 -6 different fruits and/or vegetables, milk or yogurt and ice is a full meal)
  5. Grab your iPod or phone, put your earphones and run 30 min. 3 times a week.
  6. Sing and dance to your favourite music whenever you are upset or down.
  7. Read as many books as you can.
  8. Do not compare yourself to others.
  9. Love yourself.
  10. Enjoy little things in life such as the sunbeam when you wake up in the morning.
  11. De-clutter your home; office; wardrobe and donate or sell any stuff you don’t need. Live in a tidy and clean space.
  12. Don’t put things off.
  13. Wear clothes that define your personality; that makes you feel comfortable and confident.
  14. Forgive anyone or anything, but do not forget the lesson they gave you.
  15. Remember, people have value and products have prices; always treat others as you want them to treat you.
  16. Start a new hobby.
  17. Go outside and be social.
  18. Laugh out loud with your heart.
  19. S M I L E first thing in the morning, last thing at night
  20. Live your everyday to the fullest as if it was your last day in planet earth!
